Fajitas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. steak or chicken (flank, sirloin or round)
2 peppers (green, red or yellow), sliced thin
1 onion, sliced thin
1 pkg. fajita seasoning
flour tortillas
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
sour cream
1/4 c. beer or water
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Cut steak into thin slices.
Mix fajita seasoning with 1/4 cup beer or cold water.
Marinate meat with seasoning in plastic Ziploc bag for several hours.
