Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. whole milk
5 large eggs
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 Tbsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter with electric beater until smooth. Beat eggs in separate bowl with electric beater for 30 seconds. Add eggs to butter and sugar mixture.
Alternate milk and flour to mixture, adding a little at a time.
Blend very well.
Add lemon extract.
Continue to beat for another 2 minutes.
Place batter in greased and floured Bundt pan.
Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, then another 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
