Autumn Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white flour
    1 c. corn meal
    1/3 c. plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of mace
    1/2 tsp. orange extract
    1 1/2 tsp. orange flower water (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in bowl; do not overmix.
    Fill muffin cups high.
    They will rise slightly.
    You can use cupcake paper cups.
    Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) until done (about 20 to 25 minutes).
    Makes 1 dozen.
