Smoked Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 to 12 lb.) turkey
    water
    1/4 c. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
    12 whole cloves
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Place turkey in 5 gallon bucket.
    Add spices and enough water to cover turkey completely.
    Marinate for 5 days (keep cool; add ice cubes if necessary).
    Wrap in foil with small hole at each end.
    Smoke over very low fire (keep temperature under 200\u00b0) for 16 hours.
