Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. bacon or chopped ham
    3 Tbsp. pickle relish
Preparation
    Peel, dice, cook and cool potatoes (seasoned); set aside. Cook and crumble bacon; set aside.
    Combine all ingredients; mix lightly.
    Bake casserole dish uncovered at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
