Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. Romano cheese, grated
3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
dash of salt and pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/8 c. parsley
Preparation

Beat eggs. Add salt, pepper, oil, cheese, garlic, onion and parsley. Mix flour and baking powder together. Add to egg mixture, then fold in zucchini. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes. Cut into 2 x 2-inch squares.
