Aunt Nedia'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon powder
Preparation
    Mix sugar and eggs until creamy.
    Add cooking oil and grated carrots.
    Add flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
    Mix for 2 minutes, then add cinnamon.
    Pour into two 9-inch cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 35 minutes.
