Spiced Cider - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. apple cider
    18 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 cinnamon stick
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 orange, sliced
    whole cloves
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, heat cider and cinnamon stick to boiling. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except orange slices and cloves. Simmer 5 minutes longer. Serve in heat tempered punch bowl or crock-pot. Float orange slices studded with whole cloves.
