Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    42 large fresh mushrooms
    1 lb. mild ground pork sausage with ham or ground pork sausage
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels.
    Remove stems and reserve for other uses.
    Place rack in a large broiler pan; place mushroom caps, stem side up, on rack.
    Set aside.
    Cook sausage in a large skillet until browned, stirring until it crumbles; drain and return to skillet.
    Stir in cream cheese and red pepper. Spoon evenly into mushroom caps; bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
    Yield:
    3 1/2 dozen.
