Gourmet Garlic Bread(Great With Salads And Pastas) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf fat-free sourdough or French bread
    1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. fat-free plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese or 1 c. fat-free Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Slice bread into 1/4-inch thick slices.
    Place on cookie sheet. Mix mayonnaise, yogurt and garlic in small bowl until smooth. Spread over bread and sprinkle with Parmesan or Cheddar cheese. Broil 5 minutes or until toasted.
    Great with basil sprinkled on top.
    Recipe makes 16 servings.
    Ultra low-fat.
