Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
4 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Melt 1 tablespoon butter; blend in 4 teaspoons flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
Add 1 cup milk; cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Remove sauce from heat; add 2 ounces Swiss cheese and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Stir until cheese melts.
