Ingredients

2 egg yolks
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
2 c. skim milk
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Beat egg yolks well; stir in milk.
Sift together dry ingredients; add melted margarine.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form when batter is raised.
Fold in butter.
Bake in hot waffle iron.
Makes 6 to 8 waffles.
