Cheese Crock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 small cream cheese
    enough olive oil to make velvety paste
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    few jiggers brandy or Port
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and olive oil.
    Add dry mustard and caraway seed.
    Blend.
    After 1st batch, add grated pieces of cheese.
    Add few drops of liqueur.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Keep enough booze in to forstall molding.
