Sausage-Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped chives
Preparation
    Thaw turkey in refrigerator.
    Place whole or halved orange in cavity. Rub turkey with salt and pepper.
    Place turkey in large roasting pan.
    Seal with foil. Bake at 250\u00b0 overnight. Moist.
