Easy Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 cups sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup milk
cinnamon
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl and add butter to mix to fine crumbs.
Take away 1 cup of crumbs for topping - add cinnamon to taste, and set aside.
Add eggs and milk to the remainder of the batter and mix.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan, sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture over the top and bake for 1/2 hour at 375 degrees.
