Brownie Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
pinch of salt
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Beat eggs and salt until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar.
Beat until stiff.
Fold in cookie crumbs, vanilla and nuts.
Bake in buttered pie pan at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool and add 1 cup whipping cream.
