Oven Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, melted
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. cut-up chicken
    1 1/3 c. seasoned fine dry bread crumbs
    2/3 c. grated Romano cheese
Preparation
    Dip chicken into butter.
    Roll in a mixture of bread crumbs and cheese.
    Place chicken pieces, skin side up and not touching, into 2 large, shallow, greased, baking pans.
    Top with remaining butter and crumb mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until done, about 1 hour. Serves 8.
