Date Nut Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates
    1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Divide mixture in half; shape each half into an 8 x 1-inch roll. Wrap rolls in wax paper and chill overnight.
    To serve, slice as desired.
