Lima Bean And Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
1 Tbsp. chopped onions
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water or bean liquid
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. tomato puree
dash of pepper
1 (1 lb.) can lima beans, drained
Preparation

Brown pork chops and remove from can.
Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, mustard, sugar, pepper, onion, water and puree to dripping and blend well.
Add beans, stir until beans are coated.
Top with the pork chops and sprinkle with remaining salt; bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Yields 4 servings.
