Carrot Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisin bran
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 - 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Mix cereal, buttermilk and syrup. Let stand 10 minutes. In another bowl combine flour, soda and cinnamon. Add egg, sugar & oil to cereal mixture.
    Add cereal mixture to flour mixture and stir until well blended. Stir in carrots. Pour into greased muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.\tMakes approximately 12 muffins.
