Transfer Restaurant'S Holiday Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shelled walnuts
    1 1/2 c. shelled pecans
    1 1/2 c. shelled Brazil nuts
    1 pkg. (7 1/4 oz.) pitted dates
    2/3 c. chopped candied orange peel
    1/2 c. drained red maraschino cherries
    1/2 c. drained green maraschino cherries
    1/2 c. seedless raisins or currants
    3/4 c. sifted flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. rum
Preparation
    In a
    large
    bowl,
    mix
    nuts
    and
    fruits.
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together and add to nut mixture. Mix well to
    coat.
    Beat
    eggs
    well and add rum.
    Add this to coated nut mixture and thoroughly blend together.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured
    bread pans.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Stores well, tightly wrapped and in cool place.
