Eye Round Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roast
    2 c. water
    4 tsp. vinegar
    1 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 chopped onion
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil roast (simmer, covered with water) for 3 hours.
    Take from water; cool and slice into rounds.
    Mix together remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil only; pour over roast slices.
    Bake, covered, at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    (I have frozen this after I baked it and it does fine.)
