Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cook rice and set aside.
    Meanwhile, in mixing bowl, add all other ingredients together including beaten eggs, then stir into cooked rice.
    Pour into baking dish and bake, stirring once, then let brown slightly.
    Serve warm or cold.
