Cherry Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, skinned, boned
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. thyme, crushed
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
salt to taste
1 can (16 oz.) tart cherries
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
Preparation

Combine flour, thyme, pepper and salt.
Dip chicken pieces in milk, then in flour mixture.
Coat evenly with flour.
