Mother'S Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef brisket
    garlic powder
    celery salt
    onion salt
    2 oz. liquid smoke
    2 oz. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
    1 oz. Wish-Bone Italian salad dressing
    1 oz. ketchup
    2 tsp. French's mustard
Preparation
    Sprinkle brisket that has had the fat trimmed off with garlic powder, celery and onion salt. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover with Saran Wrap and let it marinate overnight in a glass dish. Cook covered with foil at 300\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours. Remove foil and cook without cover for 30 more minutes. Enjoy.
