Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned and cut into cubes (do not precook, soak in hot, salt water for 5 minutes)
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 c. light mayonnaise
1 c. mushroom soup, undiluted
1 1/2 c. celery, sliced thinly
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and put into a 9 x 12 x 2-inch casserole dish and top with 2 cups Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix, tossed with 1/2 cup melted light margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour until lightly brown.
