Tangy Lemonade Pie(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) sugar-free lemon gelatin
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) reduced fat cream cheese, cubed
    1 3/4 tsp. sugar free lemonade drink mix (Crystal Light)
    1 reduced fat graham cracker crust (8 inches)
    6 Tbsp. reduced fat whipped topping
Preparation
    Prepare gelatin according to package directions.
    Refrigerate until almost set.
    Transfer to blender or food processor.
    Add the cream cheese and lemonade mix; cover and process until smooth. Pour into the crust.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Serve with whipped topping.

    6 servings.
