Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuits
vegetable oil
cinnamon-sugar mixture
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Punch a hole in the center of each biscuit with finger.
Drop in fryer or electric skillet with 1/2-inch of oil.
Fry until brown, turn and brown other side.
Remove; drain on paper towel. Roll in cinnamon-sugar or confectioners sugar.
Makes 10 doughnuts.
