All Yellow Sponge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. flavoring (any desired)
powdered sugar
Preparation

Beat egg whites until thick and lemon colored.
Add sugar gradually and continue beating with egg beater.
Measure and sift together flour, baking powder and salt and add to the mixture alternately with hot water.
Continue the beating with the egg beater.
Add any flavoring desired.
Pour in greased cake pan at 320\u00b0 for 1 hour.
