Cake Mix Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
confectioners sugar

Preparation

Beat egg and add Cool Whip.
Add sifted cake mix.
Drop about 1 tablespoonful into confectioners sugar.
Roll and place on cookie sheet.
Cook approximately 10 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen.
