English Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. shortening, melted
3 tsp. salt
2 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
5 1/2 to 6 c. flour
Preparation

Mix and let rise.
Roll out to 1/2 inch thick.
Cut with cookie cutter.
Dip in cornmeal and put on cookie sheet and let rise again.
Cook on griddle 8 to 10 minutes on each side.
