Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. white vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 lb. or 2 1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped pimento
Preparation

Heat white vinegar with sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Cool.
Mix together sauerkraut, green pepper, celery, onion and pimento.
Mix well with sugar and vinegar mixture and store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
