Finnish Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar.
    Add milk and flour.
    Gradually mix well. Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan (do not brown the butter).
    Add batter to butter in pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve with fresh or thawed frozen fruit on top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
