Ingredients

1/2 lb. onions, sliced
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Separate sliced onions.
Combine egg, flour, salt and milk. Blend well.
Dip onions into batter.
Fry in hot oil for 2 minutes or until brown.
