Buttercream Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
2 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
nuts
powdered sugar icing

Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening; add eggs and beat well.
Mix flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
Add the dry ingredients alternately with sour cream and creamed mixture.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Drop by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes about 5 dozen.
