Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
5 tsp. double-acting baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 large eggs
2 1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. salad oil
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Put eggs into small bowl and beat on high speed one minute.
Add milk and vanilla to eggs, then add to dry ingredients.
Beat on medium speed 1 1/2 minutes.
Add oil; beat on low speed until blended.
Makes 4 full size (4 section) waffles.
Baked waffles freeze well.
