Buttered Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large crabs
    2 anchovy fillets
    1 glass white wine
    1 c. white bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    pinch of nutmeg
    salt and pepper
    slices of buttered toast
Preparation
    Mash anchovy fillets; work in bread crumbs and nutmeg.
    Add wine and season to taste.
    Then bring gently to the boil in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Flake the meat from the crabs; mix with the melted butter and add to the hot wine mixture.
    Cook gently for 4 minutes, then serve on a hot dish surrounded by strips of buttered toast.
    Serve with a side salad of your choice.
