Sour Cream Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and sliced
    1/3 c. Italian or French dressing
    3/4 c. sliced celery
    1/3 c. sliced or diced onion
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. horseradish or mustard
    salt to taste
    1/3 c. sweet cubed pickles
Preparation
    While potatoes are warm, pour dressing over them.
    Chill for 2 hours.
    Add celery and onion.
    Chop egg whites.
    Add mashed yolks (reserve some for garnish).
    Combine rest of yolk with mayonnaise, sour cream and horseradish.
    Fold into salad.
    Add salt to taste. Celery seed can be added.
