Mexi-Chili Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
1 (8 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Save 1 cup chips and 1/2 cup cheese.
Combine rest of chips, cheese and chili and both sauces and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Spread top with sour cream.
Sprinkle the rest of cheese and crushed corn chips over sour cream.
Bake for 5 more minutes.
