Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. shredded, unpeeled zucchini
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained (8 1/4 oz.)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick. Stir remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into 2 greased large loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
