Mints(For Weddings Or Showers) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 tsp. oil of peppermint
2 lb. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Knead.
When you feel like giving up it will go together.
Use paste food color to make mints desired color.
Form into small balls.
Roll in superfine granulated sugar.
Press into molds, dump out and dry overnight.
Store in airtight containers.
Will keep fresh for several weeks.
Can be frozen.
