Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. potatoes, boiled
    1 medium size onion
    1 to 1 1/2 jars Miracle Whip
    1/4 c. mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    8 to 12 eggs, boiled
    3 stalks celery
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with the skins on, let cool and then peel.
    Boil eggs and then peel.
    Chop potatoes into small pieces, about the size of a dime or less.
    Chop boiled eggs.
    Cut celery and onion into very small pieces.
    Add all of these ingredients together and then add the Miracle Whip (a little at a time), vinegar, mustard, sugar and salt. You may need to add more or less of these ingredients according to taste.
    Do not stir with your hands or use a mixer.
