Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Tater Tots
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    In a heavy skillet, cook beef with vegetables until meat is done and vegetables are tender; drain excess fat.
    Pour meat mixture into a 9-inch square baking pan.
    Combine soup and mix; mix well and pour over meat mixture.
    Place Tater Tots on top and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle French fried onions on top of Tater Tots and return to the oven for 10 minutes longer.
    Makes about 6 servings.
