Carrot-Raisin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/3 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
    1/3 c. salted peanuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; cover and chill 2 to 3 hours.
    Serves 6.
