Hawaiian Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. milk
    4 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 can flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mix in order listed.
    Beat eggs, sugar, shortening (I use butter-flavored shortening), milk, flour, baking powder, salt and lemon flavoring until creamy.
    Turn mixer on fold and fold in crushed pineapple and coconut.
