Cran-Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cranberry juice
    1 small box lemon gelatin
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped unpared apple
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. coarsely broken walnuts
    fresh or canned pineapple slices
    homemade or commercial mayonnaise
Preparation
    Heat 1 cup cranberry juice to boiling in a small pan.
    Add gelatin to dissolve.
    Add the remaining juice and the salt. Chill until partially set.
    Stir in apple, celery and nuts.
    Pour into individual molds or loaf pan that has been oiled.
    Unmold onto pineapple slices and top with a teaspoon of mayonnaise.
