Lemon-Sweet Cucumber - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 large cucumber, sliced (2 c.)
Preparation

In large bowl, combine sugar, salt, dill weed, lemon peel, vinegar and lemon juice; blend well.
Add cucumber slices; toss to coat.
Cover.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
If desired, drain before serving.
Makes 8 1/4 cups.
