Ground Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushrooms
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 medium potatoes, sliced thin
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions; drain.
    Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
    Extra water may be added, if needed.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
