Apricot Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Do not drain pineapple or oranges.
    Dissolve gelatin with hot water; add fruit and chill until slightly firm.
    Stir in sour cream; chill overnight.
    Serves 12.
