Fish Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. fish, boiled and flaked
    1 c. stuffing mix (herb)
    1 egg, beaten
    1 large onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. Texas Pete
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. If mixture is dry, add a little water to moisten. Form into cakes and fry in 1/2-inch cooking oil. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
